The SERVO 4000 NWF (narrow web finishing) is a powerful tool for digital printers and converters. The SERVO 4000 NWF is not a hybrid press converted into servo drives but designed from the ground up for servo drives. It has a servo unwind, die stations, score-perforation unit, outfeed, rewinds, and a sheeter.
The impressive speed of the SERVO 4000 NFW is ideal for blank label converting. Even more impressive is the accuracy of the re-register system with three modes of re-register: control of the web, control of the tooling for full rotary operations, or control for semi-rotary operation.
Make-ready is fast and simple with icon based operator menus.
The SERVO 4000 NFW is modular in design. Each base station (42"x42") holds two function units
(print station or die station), so adding additional base stations at a later date is easy with the "plug and play system."
The Servo 4000 NWF is comparably priced to a conventional line shaft press.
