Make your first digital print a success follow this simple rule: fingerprint your flexo press. For each type and thickness of material you intend to use in your digital print, first take it to your flexo press.

Print a single color with the material and measure the print length, or measure a die strike to get the length if you’re not printing.The flexo printed web must be match to your digital press.

Adjusting your digital print to match: most digital presses allow you to adjust for the print repeat. By adjusting a digital press parameter or frames you can match the print repeat needed for your flexo press. Since these are digital settings they can be recorded and should be very repeatable.
